Progressive Stampings are the product of a tool with multiple steps that can make a complex precise part in one pass through the press.  Progressive tool products, or prog tools, do not lend themselves to generic categories.  Generally, customers have a feel for the size of press that will be necessary to generate a part.  At Fulford, our presses are on the lower end of tonnage, ranging from 15 to 120 tons.  The implication here is that we are focused on smaller parts that can be made in progressive tools.  These are tools that can blank, pierce, form, bend, coin and fold a variety of metals such as steel, brass, bronze and aluminum.  If you have a product that you would like our engineers to evaluate for possible manufacture at our facility, we would be pleased to offer you a quote.
