Production Resources

Eyelet Presses: We have 35 eyelet presses from size 0 to 15 and ranging in stations from 4 to 12 each.

Four-Slide Machines: We have 5 wireform machines. Two each of Baird #2 and # 3, and one Baird#3 Longstroke.

Deburring and Finishing: We operate a fully equipped finishing department to ensure our product is properly deburred, cleaned, dried and protected by rust inhibitor.

Heat-treating, Electroplating, Casting, Epoxy: We maintain contract relationships with approved and constantly monitored vendors for these services.

Assembly & Bagging: We have full capability to perform automatic or manual assembly and/or automatic or manual bagging.

Technical Resources

Our Tool Room is equipped with multiple conventional and high speed lathes, milling machines, surface grinders, several drill presses, screw arbors and a welding department .

Engineering: We employ 4 Engineers that produce in-house drawings, Flow Charts, Production Control Plans, and Failure Mode Effects Analyses. We are GD&T knowledgeable and thoroughly immersed in statistical techniques. We perform the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) on most parts.

Communication: We are EDI, FTP, Fax and 1D/2D Bar Code Capable. 

Systems: We operate our own onsite mail and file servers. All data is backed up daily. Website hosting for our two web sites is done off site but managed internally.
